Shipping policy


  • We are closed on Sunday and Monday. Any orders that are placed with Next Day delivery from Saturday - Monday will be shipped on Tuesday when we reopen.

  • All items purchased from Good Old Gold will be shipped via FedEx Next Day, FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Ground (under $5k) or United States Postal Service.

  • All FedEx packages are shipped with signature required and are fully insured while in transit. If you are not available at the time of delivery, FedEx will not leave the package at your door and will reattempt delivery.

  • We can ship to a authorize FedEx Office Print and Ship location to accommodate your schedule if requested. FedEx will hold the package for up to five days after receiving and please note that photo ID is required for pickup.

  • If you are paying by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address unless other security steps are taken. If you are paying by bank wire, after the wire clears, we can ship your order anywhere you like.

  • There is a $20 additional fee if you would like us to ship for Saturday delivery.

  • FedEx does not deliver to P.O (Post Office) Box address. We can, however, ship to PO/APO/FPO address using the US postal service.

  • Due to the high value of our packages, we will not ship out orders until we confirm the shipping details and address with the customer.
