Thanks again for all your help in helping me to pick out such a great diamond and put it in such a lovely ring! I would be glad to recommend Good Old Gold to anyone who was looking for a great diamond at a fair price. The ring was a big hit with Stephanie! She could hardly take her eyes off it as we drove home from the airport (where I proposed). As we drove the diamond picked up the light from each and every passing street light. Stephanie's comment was that it even sparkles in the dark!
It originally seemed strange making such an important purchase off the internet, but after reading all the information that you present on your website along with all the information you give on each stone I felt totally comfortable. Actually I guess it was only appropriate to purchase her engagement ring off the internet since we had met two years earlier via an internet dating service!
Jonathan, I really like your approach of educating the customer with all the information on your web site. And I appreciate your no pressure sales approach even when I started considering other stones from another vendor close to the end of the process!
Marie, I wanted to thank you for your patience as the search for a mounting proved to be a more difficult decision than picking out the right diamond. You both are always prompt with your replies to my various e-mails.
I originally discovered your website after reading so many complimentary comments about your company on pricescope.com. I must say that your excellent reputation on that board, with independent appraisers, and even with many of your competitors is well deserved!
