I just wanted to write and tell you that I could not have been happier with the entire experience of buying a diamond from you. This is based on your extensive knowledge, courtesy, "pressure-free" approach to selling and customer service, the extensive level of detailed information provided on every stone you have, and of course your overall professionalism.

That does not even begin to address the unbelievable, amazing diamond that my fiancee now wears. It is the nicest diamond either of us have ever seen, and I can't imagine her having anything else.

Dear Jonathan and Christen,

I just wanted to write and tell you about the most wonderful experience that I have had up to this point in my life. I am 25 years old and my boyfriend (now fiance...Bill) surprised me with a marriage proposal March 30, 2002. I was ecstatic and said, "YES!" immediately. I did not think I could have been happier, then Bill opened a little white box and I saw the most spectacular diamond engagement ring I have ever seen. WOW! I think my exact words were, "OH MY GOD!" It is truly amazing. Five days later and I can not stop staring at it. It is very distracting, but in a good way. I am now the envy of my friends and co-workers. I feel very special to have such a remarkable engagement ring.

Thank you for assisting Bill with such an important purchase, and thank you for being part of the reason why I get to wear such a beautiful piece of jewelry for the rest of my life. WOW!
