Impressed! That is the word that comes to mind when considering my experience shopping for an engagement ring at Good Old Gold.  From start to finish, your entire establishment continued to make me feel educated, informed, and above all, extremely comfortable purchasing such a fine piece of jewelry.

I wanted to take a moment to write to you simply to let you know that I appreciated working with you during my search for the perfect engagement ring.  Having the opportunity to visit your store and receive the treatment that I did from your entire staff...well...let's just say that I immediately knew that I would not even consider dealing with any other diamond experts!  First impressions are everything, and you guys certainly left me with a great one.

Christen is the best! She helped me more than I could have imagined, and I trusted and valued her thoughts probably more than she knows! (Not only because she is a friend, but because she quickly proved to me that she know what she's talking about when it comes to diamonds).  She kept in constant contact with me and always made sure I knew my "options", relieving any of the stress that I'm sure can come along with making such a purchase.

I valued the ability to view several diamonds under the microscope...something I'm sure I would never have been able to do elsewhere.  Simply being able to do that told me that you are not in business of merely "making a sale"  but rather "building a relationship" with me, as a customer. 

When the ring arrived at my door on Saturday, marking the close of our sale, again...I was impressed! Receiving all of the necessary documentation and certification for the gem, I truly felt the full aspect of professionalism with which you operate.  And, finally getting the chance to open the box and view the competed ring fort the first time, it simply took my breath away.

Thank you Jonathan.  For helping me to find the perfect diamond for Holly.  For going above and beyond any of the expectations that I had going into this purchase.  And, for making it all a truly enjoyable experience.  The ring is absolutely perfect!
