The ring is stunning and I still can't believe how much we keep staring at it.  However, I guess some things are never QUITE enough - she's already asking what beautiful wedding band we're going to get to add on in a year!  You can definitely bet we'll be back to try to purchase that from you as well.  We were just out in New York about two years ago but if we end up there again soon we'll be sure to stop in person.

Thank you so much for your willingness to help juggle two diamonds that I had such issues deciding between.  Especially when you were able to recover one that was a week into production at Vatche.  It really was a special gift to end up with some extra money to spend on the diamond and you were the greatest to find a way to make it all work out.  An extra thank you for helping get the ring in a couple days early so the perfect proposal weekend could happen (and it did!).

Thank you for educating me sooo much through your website and our conversations on this awesome art.  My fiancé is now convinced gemology will be my next career move after smothering her with all the information on her stone!  It was really great to learn so much and made me feel very early on that you were definitely the one to buy from.  Specifically, I'm glad you calmed any fears about the "I" color stone - it looks awesome in this cut quality.  Violette's (my fiancé) roommate also recently was engaged with an E color stone and wow are we glad the money was put into the extra size.  I'm so happy with my purchase, and especially your professionalism in making sure any diamond I chose was right for me.  Even at the points when I was significantly down-grading in size and price, you never once tried to sell me back up - you were happy to know I was making decisions based on my options and that any stone out of your inventory would be awesome.  And of course, my final choice was!
