As I glance at the subject line, I remember writing my first email when I had three stones in mind.  Since then, I've made my purchase decision, thanks to help from you and Marie.

I'm writing to let you know that the diamond ring made up of the loose diamond and setting I bought from GOG is beautiful.  I picked it up Friday from the appraiser's office and proposed Saturday.  Most importantly, Katie said yes, and loves the ring.

very impressed with GOG, both as a customer and student of business.  Your business model is very efficient.  I appreciate that a
customer like me - living outside of your retail store location - can access your services at prices that represent very good value.  Your commitment to client education is evident by your website.  The level of disclosure and analysis provided for each diamond in inventory gives a customer the much needed confidence in making such an important and large-value purchase.  Your website clearly differentiates you from your competition.  Lastly, GOG's service was above reproach.  Even special requests like engravings were handled impeccably.
